These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Meritfox Technologies Private Limited.
Section 08
Jurisdiction
Courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Meritfox Technologies Private Limited shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or related to these Terms or the use of DigiLabh.
