Subscription Plans
Subscription fees paid for DigiLabh software plans are generally non-refundable. By subscribing to any DigiLabh plan, you acknowledge and agree that subscription charges are not eligible for refund once payment has been processed.

Service Orders — Refund Eligibility
Refund requests for service orders may be considered only in the following specific cases:

- Service has not been initiated.
- Required documents have not been processed.
- Payment was made due to a duplicate transaction.
✗ Not Eligible for Refund
- Completed services.
- Government fees paid to authorities.
- Filing charges already incurred.
- Subscription periods already utilized.
- User errors or incorrect information submitted.
